Room. In Carlton. Apartment. Awesome Location. Get Around It. in CARLTON, Victoria for sale

Rooms and Roommates

It’s the room in a Carlton apartment you’ve been waiting for!
Featuring an unfurnished room with massive built in robes, this room allows you to put in your bed, maybe a bedside table and if you’re good at interior design you might even be able to fit in some other stuff as well.
The apartment is a bottom floor one which makes it easier to get into. Who likes going up stairs to get home after a long day? Am I right!
It’s a simple operation. It has a lounge room. With a TV, the TV has Foxtel so if you like watching things like Sport (Footy/EPL/Etc) or TV in general – you’re in luck. If you want to bring in a couch or a chair or what not I can fit that in as well.
The kitchen has an electric stove and oven. It even has a fully operational dishwasher. Sure, you could wash the dishes but nothing compares to just simply putting all those dirty dishes in the dishwasher. It also has a fridge and plenty of pantry space.
We also have a laundry area. With a washing machine! That’s comes in handy from time to time.
So, it’s a simple apartment. But did I mention how good the location is?
It’s located on Nicholson Street Carlton. Which means the likes of Lygon Street, Rathdowne Street, Brunswick Street, Melbourne University, Princes Park, Edinburgh Gardens, All those awesome pubs & cafes in the area, the Melbourne CBD and then some is pretty much on the doorstep. Not to mention that the 96 tram is right at the doorstep. You can basically look at the tram tracker app on your phone to see when the next tram is, walk out the front door and BOOM! There’s your tram.
Do you hate paying the council for a parking permit? Then you won’t need to here. It has a parking space out the back. And given that I don’t drive that parking spot is pretty much yours.
The apartment building is right next to a petrol station. Believe me, you’ve got no idea just how convenient that can be.
So, if you are between the ages of 23-30. Have some source of income to pay the rent + bond ($190 per week which totals $760.50 per month with the same for the bond, also the option to sign a six or 12 month lease) and the bills (which are split in half), are fun but get out and about often enough and can move in before June 8th (or the option to do earlier – which can be discussed). Then message me, come check the room out and who knows? You could be home by now.
Cheers,
Dylan
