We will have a room available for rent now in a 3 bedroom apartment and we're looking for a FEMALE housemate preferably aged above 25 years old. You will sharing the apartment with 2 other female working professionals. We all lead a busy life but we would love to hang out together occasionally for a meal or drinks whenever we can.
The spacious room is fully furnished with a bed, study table and built-in wardrobe. We have a separate shower, laundry/bathroom and toilet so no hold ups in the morning rush. The kitchen is fully equipped and living room is fully furnished as well.
The rent will be $910 per month and this includes water and electricity bills. Minimum 6 months lease is required and bond of half month's rent will apply.
The room would suit a mature postgraduate student, working professionals or travellers on a working holiday visa. Please note that there is no parking provided hence would not suit people with car.
