Minutes walk to Melb Uni, CBD, Carlton Gardens, QV Market, FItzroy etc, Can't beat the location. We are a fun, clean, easy going bunch and are looking for a liked-minded housemate. This is an International house and would suit a friendly person looking to live in leafy Carlton! Most importantly, you must be pet friendly.The room like the rest of the house is fully furnished.
