Housemates Wanted: in Carlton, Singleroom share $150/wk in CARLTON, Victoria for sale

Hi, I am a 25-yr old postgraduate student at Melbourne uni and
looking for housemates one in early November and another one from 20th November.
This house is located at 36 Drummond St, with a nice sunny terrace, spacey living room with 2 reasonable single-bedrooms and 1 large bathroom.
In each room, there are two beds and 1 desk. A person without a desk in a room will study in a living room where there's a study desk and bright LED desk lamp.
You will share a room with another female,
and altogether there will be four girls sharing a house.
We are looking for someone who has good manner and can respect other housemates (not talking on the phone late night where there's another person in a room/listening to loud music at night),
who can clean a house (together with another housemate) once in fortnight by rotation, non-smoker,
feel free to cook at anytime but always eat at a dining table,
and not bringing boyfriend/male friends to house at all times please :)
Currently we are very happy living together, we cook often together, eat out together.
We are all Korean girls in mid twenties,
two full time postgraduate students and two part time workers who are
staying in Melbourne only for short term.
One girl is going to other city early November (date has not confrimed yet),
one girl is returning to South Korea on 20th November.
Also, I am having four weeks holiday from 15th December~ late January 2014 if you are looking for short term stay.
If you can afford to pay $150 per week(includes utilities, but w/o wireless internet- extra $15) and wish to share this nice unit house with good people,

*There's Carlton Garden/melbourne museum right behind our house, and
in front of Drummond St it is Lygon st- famous for Italian restaurants and cafes.
Walking distance to anywhere in Melbourne CBD,
15 mins walking distance to Melbourne Uni,
less than 5 mins walking distance to RMIT.
