nice sized room for rent in our cozy share house conveniently located in the heart of carlton! Walking/biking distance to city, Fitzroy, Brunwick! The room is suitable for a single person or a couple. 6 month lease and possibility to extend.
There are 6 of us in the house, all friendly and chilled out We come together for the odd bbq or go to the pub occasionally. We have a cleaning roster and share weekly chores around the house. We have a nicely vegetated courtyard compost, outside furniture, BBQ grill, and a fire pit. We are in our 20's and 30's, some work and some study. 
The rent is $300pw (double) $260 (single), calculated by calendar month and paid monthly. All bills and high speed unlimited internet are included. This is a great perk to living here, the landlord covers everything.....no bills! 
We are having an open house on Tue 1st Oct from 6.30pm to 8pm.
