I have a great single room available in a shared Victorian Townhouse on one of Melbourne's most desireable streets. The room has been recently carpeted and has a relatively new bed, desk, wardrobe, sink, kettle, toaster & TV.
This is not a backpackers and there is no communal areas. Your room is your own and you'll share a shower, toilet & kitchen with 3 other rooms. It is a friendly atmosphere with many long term tenants.
All bills are included in the rent. There is hydronic heating in all of the rooms. Coin operated washing machines are also available. Bikes can be locked and stored in the back yard.
1 week rent and 1 week bond is required up front and minimum stay is 3 months.
The location is perfect. The CBD, Brunswick St, Lygon St & Carlton Gardens are all on the doorstep.
I don't have rooms available very often as this is such a popular spot so please get in touch soon to avoid dissapointment.
You can inspect the room on Tuesday 17th or Wednesday 18th after 7pm.
