WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT:

- All basic cleaning products including toilet paper, paper towels, surface cleaners, dish washing detergent etc.
- We maintain all shared areas so please just tidy up after yourself and of course you are responsible for your bedroom.
RENT:
Rent is $250.00 per week and is paid 1 week in advance (all bills and unlimited high-speed wireless broadband included).
A security deposit of $500.00 is required.
